Italian: Genoa salami and a spicy capicolla with artichoke hearts and with a fresh basil pesto mayonnaise on sour dough or hearty grain baguette.

Roast Beef: A generous portion of shaved roast beef prepared with grilled onion, havarti cheese and a chipotle chile mayonnaise.

Greek Wrap: Pork Tenderloin grilled with peppers and onion and onions wrapped in a sun dried tomato tortilla with feta and cucumber tatziki sauce and feta.

Albacore Tuna: A zesty albacore tuna salad topped with fresh tomato, crisp onion and lettuce on chewy sourdough.

Turkey: A generous portion of shaved turkey with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber with mustard and mayo.

Mediterranean Wrap: Marinated then grilled yellow and zucchini squash, eggplant, onion, red and green pepper wrapped in a sun dried tomato tortillas with cucumber tatziki and feta.

Marinated Artichoke: Marinated artichoke hearts and Mushrooms prepared with red peppers, pepper jack cheese and Italian vinaigrette on a sourdough or hearty grain baguette.

Herb Cream Cheese Delight: Made from our own herb cream cheese and served on whole wheat bread with red onion, green pepper, cucumber, lettuce and tomato.

We take pride in preparing our soups. They vary upon request but they range from hearty winter stews to Oriental soups made with clear broths. Vegetables chowders to delicate cream soups, light summer purees of melon to chilled Gazpacho. The list goes on. Just make a request and we feel confident we can meet your need and desire.


Garden: Prepared with organic field greens, carrot, red onion, grape tomatoes and croutons. Choose between a tasty Mango Chardonnay, creamy Vidalia onion, or Tomato basil vinaigrette.

Caesar: Romaine tossed with croutons and Classic Caesar dressing. Garnished with sweet grape tomatoes.

Smoked Whitefish Caesar: Romaine topped with our smoked whitefish, dried cherries and pine nuts. Served with classic Caesar dressing.

Spinach: Fresh baby spinach tossed in a tasty tomato and bacon vinaigrette with crumbled blue cheese, red onion, toasted almonds, dried cherries and sweet grape tomatoes.

Greek: Leaf spinach and assorted greens topped with red cabbage, red onion, tomato, feta and kalamata olives. Served with Greek vinaigrette

Nicoise Salad: Field greens tossed with a lemon, garlic vinaigrette and prepared with generous portions of blanched green beans, chilled new potatoes, red onions, grape tomatoes and hard-boiled egg.

French Pot Salad: Red skin potatoes prepared with red onion, celery, fresh parsley and tossed with delicious tarragon mustard vinaigrette.

Greek Pasta Salad: Penne pasta tossed with Greek kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, fresh spinach, feta cheese and tossed with Greek vinaigrette.
