Buffet Friendly

Buffets are provided to parties of 25 and larger. All breakfasts are served with fresh seasonal fruit, juice, locally roasted coffee, cream and sugar.

Blueberry and Banana Strata: An overnight egg and Texas toast casserole prepared with bananas and blueberries. Flavored with vanilla and a hint of cinnamon. Served with pure maple syrup

Pancakes: Plump country buttermilk pancakes served with pure maple syrup

French Toast: Slices of 7-Grain or Cinnamon raisin bread served with pure maple syrup

Nova Scotia Scrambler: Two eggs scrambled with Atlantic salmon, tomatoes, green onions, cream cheese and fresh herbs

Western Scrambler: Two eggs scrambled with Canadian bacon, green peppers, onions and cheddar cheese

Mexican Scrambler: Two eggs scrambled with sausage, green pepper, onions, tomatoes and cheddar cheese

Mediterranean Scrambler: Two eggs scrambled with fresh spinach, tomatoes, onions and feta cheese

Vegetable Hash: Potatoes, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and broccoli topped with cheddar and jack cheeses and baked

Eggs Benedict: Two poached eggs served atop Canadian bacon and toasted English muffin sauced with a delicious hollandaise sauce

Huevos Mexicanos: Two poached eggs served over a dollop of fresh guacamole and toasted English muffin. Topped with fresh tomato salsa, cheddar and jack cheese

Eggs Florentine: Two poached eggs on a bed of fresh spinach and toasted bread, topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese, served with potatoes

Breakfast Bean Burrito: A large flour tortilla filled with black beans, two scrambled eggs, cheddar and jack cheeses, green peppers, onions and tomatoes.
Breakfast Sausage Burrito: A large flour tortilla filled with breakfast sausage, home fries, two scrambled eggs, cheddar and jack cheeses, green peppers, onions and tomatoes.

Huevos Rancheros: Stone ground corn tortillas topped with black beans, onions, tomatoes, green peppers, cheddar and jack cheese. Topped with two sunny side up eggs

Italian Egg Strata: An overnight egg and cheese casserole prepared with an Italian sausage, peppers, onion, Italian seasonings and cheese
